Vida Marina aims to educate people on our oceans’ condition and how to improve it. The site contains infographics that focus on information on our oceans’ condition and steps on how we can help make it improve. We aim to educate as many people as possible and improve our oceans as soon as possible. We, the creators of Vida Marina, envision seeing our oceans clean again, and marine life living in harmony—the way it should always be. We care for our oceans and marine life as much as we care about you! This site is just a start; we look forward to working hand in hand with everyone to make our oceans great again!

MENDOZA, DENISE MAXINE D.

Myr Gironella, one of the content creators, is a Grade 12 STEM student of Xavier University Senior High School. The 17-year old girl has always been passionate about using her voice to influence others in making the right stand on different issues. With her love for the ocean and everything in it, Myr wants to inspire everyone to also advocate for cleaner oceans and protecting marine life. She believes in the saying “it only takes one voice, at the right pitch, to start an avalanche.”

As one of Vida Marina's creators; spear-heading both the design and organization of works, Denise Maxine D. Mendoza is a 12th Grade STEM student from Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan Senior High School. She believes in the saying "If you can play it slowly, you can play it quickly."

PARAYNO, CARINA JOANA

As one of Vida Marina's creators, Carina Joana Parayno also known as "CJ" is a student from Xavier University Senior Highschool STEM Strand Grade 12 - Biwald A. She is a social butterfly and her favorite subject is English. She believes in the saying, "If plan A fails, there are still 25 letters left."

CABUCO, ASHYRA ANJELLA

As one of Vida Marina’s creators Ashyra Anjella L. Cabuco also known as “Ashyra” is a Grade 12 STEM student of Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan. Ever since she was a child she has loved the ocean and marine life, and with what is happening to our oceans today it has pushed her to start advocating about them — Vida Marina is just the start. Her goal is to make oceans trash free again, and all marine life to be safe.

Regina Gabrielle M. Castrillo or more commonly known as "Raya" is one of Vida Marina's creators. She studies in Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan Senior Highschool as a STEM student in the section 12-Biwald A. She enjoys helping other people and wants to make the world a better place. She keeps in mind a quote by Mahatma Gandhi that states "You must be the change you wish to see in the world."

CASTRILLO, REGINA GABRIELLE

MALBASIAS, CHELSEA DENISE

As one of the Vida Marina’s creators, Chelsea is a Grade 12 STEM Student of Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan. She grew up enjoying the ocean life despite her fear of deep waters. She is very passionate in helping others and cares for whatever she sees and is around her. And so with this, Chelsea is determined to advocate ocean life and how we can all keep it clean with little actions we can do within our surroundings, may it be within our households or even outside. Chelsea believes Vida Marina will be able to help everyone, even you, see things differently and help with your own little ways.
